Trillium Staffing is now seeking Customer Service Representatives for a leading regional distributor of Industrial products and services in Saginaw!

The high-level responsibilities of this critical position include, but are not limited to, the following:
•Delivering best in class end-user engagement experience!
•Working efficiently and effectively in a collaborative team environment.
•Building upon existing and creating new customer relationships with the objective of meeting the company’s growth objectives.
•Exercising creative thinking with the goal of enhancing the company’s end-user value proposition.
•Engaging in a professional and responsive communication style with end-users, the outside selling team, and the broader company.
•Commanding a strong knowledge of the products and services offered by our company to the end-user.
•Embracing a continuous learning mentality regarding the company’s products, services, supplier relationships and business objectives.
•Actively participating in all required strategy planning and team objective execution.
•Being additive to the culture of the team and the business.

This is typically a Monday – Friday position that offers a competitive salary based on work experience. Pay range - $38-42/k.

Qualifications
•Strong technical capabilities utilizing applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and other required tools.
•Mastery of the company’s ERP and CRM systems.
•Excellent interpersonal/people skills affecting both internal and external customers.
•Critical thinking, attention to detail, oral and written communication skills are vital.
•A high degree of flexibility, self-motivation and a deep desire to learn technical product applications across numerous product categories.

Preferred Experience
•Past or current experience supporting industrial product applications in a customer service capacity.
•An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a business-related curriculum.
